Stor-Guard, LLC Manufactures and Installs Security Systems for the Self Storage Industry. We are small company offering an opportunity for someone who is definitely a team player, to join our fast paced and growing company. This individual needs to be highly motivated, have strong attention to detail skills, enjoys a challenge, can follow through with projects, and is willing to learn our systems.
This position is primarily office work with lots of customer and vendor interaction over the phone and emails, and works closely with the bookkeeper, Experience with QuickBooks Desktop Software or other Accounting
software!
Duties include: Answering phones, ordering office supplies, scheduling/dispatching service calls, tracking costs on projects, creating customer estimates, customer follow-up, purchase orders for service parts, and Jobs. Light Shipping and Receiving, filing, processing work orders, data entry, updating customer list, some Inventory Control Experience.
Office hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Paid vacation, sick leave, and Bonuses offered after 90 days.
