Looking for a full time Accounts Receivable / administrative assistant to work in a small family owned and operated business. Duties include billing and costing of invoices, making collection calls for past due invoices, answering phones, customer service, ordering materials, quoting shower doors and glass replacements, and other misc tasks that may arise. Must be able to type at a reasonable speed and read a tape measure.

We are a commercial and residential glass company that has been in business since 1964 with a store for walk in customers. Everyone here works as a team and we all do what needs to be done to complete a job and keep customers happy. Ideal candidate would be responsible, dedicated, organized and have attention to detail. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel is preferred.

Hours are flexible but ideal hours would be from 8 - 4:30 Monday thru Thursday and 8 - 3 on Fridays. Health and dental insurance and 3% company match to an IRA is offered after 90 day probation period.

Prior accounts receivable experience and knowledge of Sage 50 accounting system is not required but is a benefit. We are looking for someone who wants to be a long term employee not someone looking to jump from job to job.

Salary: $31,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year depending on experience
