Cleaning Service
If you've been searching for a house-cleaning job in South Austin that offers continuous work in a warm and friendly environment; then this might be the opportunity for you! I'm looking to build an authentic, trusting, long-term relationship, with a South Austin House-Keeping team.
I'm looking for two positions to work together as a cleaning team. (1) female and (1) male professional housekeepers.
Pay offering is $15 an hour with extra bonus pay for fast and quality work. All cleaning supplies/ products and equipment will be provided. Favorite food, snacks or drinks can be provided, by request. Break times can be negotiated. Understanding & flexibility in working with occasional schedule changes; like doctors appts, child-care needs, unexpected emergencies, etc.
I'm looking for the following qualities & skills in my Housekeeping candidates:
-Experience cleaning large, luxury homes with high-ticket furniture, art and building material.
-Open mindedness to learning new cleaning techniques & styles.
-Willingness to take direction of another person's cleaning approach with an open-hearted attitude.
-Excellent listening & communication skills in a kind and friendly manner.
-Flexibility in working with hard/ messy house-hold jobs including garbage bins, pet messes, & strong chemicals.
-Read & Write in English or be able to translate written English instructions.
-Natural aptitude for service to others with a growth mindset
-Flexible work schedule & hours.
-Have good physical endurance & be able to bend or kneel for long periods of time.
-Respecting no talking or texting while on the clock rule; unless it's very important/ quick.
-Professional demeanor, communication & attire.
-Drug & Alcohol free. Willingness to disclose mental health struggles, criminal record, or illegal residence status.

I'm 46 years young. I'm originally from California, and have been living in Austin for the past 8 years. I live with my husband and fur-babies. I work in the creative arts field and enjoy working intimately/ closely with my clients. For hobbies I enjoy reading, cooking, taking care of plants, and going for long hikes with my dogs.
