Applicants for this position must be computer literate. Requirements include:
MAC proficient
Google sheets
Google Docs
Word
Basic photoshop knowledge
Dropbox
Ideal candidate must be super organized, detail oriented, good with people. Ideal candidate is NOT an aspiring photographer or artist. This position is most suitable for someone who thrives in admin and wants to gain valuable experience and knowledge as a producer/project manager.
Prior Project Management/producer experience is a must. Background and experience in photography and fashion is a major plus.
This assistant will be mainly working with the President and Studio Manager of the company assisting with daily operations of the company. This position will involve helping with setup and transport of computer equipment to and from photoshoots and internally within the local studio. Looking for someone to come in person and assist on a daily basis. Duties will also include organizing spreadsheets, printing contact sheets, scheduling staff, emailing clients, keep track of files, moving files amongst the team and any other tasks that may arise in order to keep company running smoothly.
This is a strictly freelance job to begin with. We are mainly looking for assistance from now until early November during our main busy season. If this works out, we could potentially hire this candidate on a more regular basis throughout the year.
Compensation will depend on experience.
