General office administrative functions
Network for new business opportunities and referrals
Build professional relationships with contract employers/employees through lunch meetings and on-site visits
Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions
Conduct skills testing, office interviews, reference checks and background investigations
Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms
Prepare candidates for the client interview process
Learn to utilize established, proven recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract and contract-to-hire employment as well as given the opportunity to develop your own creative recruiting methods.
In addition, we will teach you the Inside skills necessary to prepare you for your next role, including:
Management and leadership skills
Business development techniques and best practices
Relationship building
How to develop and mentor others
Negotiation skills
How to succeed long term in the lucrative recruiting field
Job Requirements:
We will overlook a lack of experience if you:
Have a strong drive and desire to have a career in Sales/Management/Recruiting!
Are a self-starter, and want to learn
Have a positive contagious attitude, and like to solve problems (rather than find them)
Are TEAM oriented, TEAM minded
Are a quick learner, and can adapt
Other requirements for the Recruiting and Sales Trainees include:
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree preferred.
US Citizenship required**
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative position or prior recruiting experience in Medical Field
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Well organized and have the ability to multi-task
Must have a dynamic, warm, and outgoing personality
