Presence of Mind, Inc. is currently seeking Therapists and Psychologists, (a 1099 contractor role) to join our group practice! We are looking for providers who have been practicing and licensed for at least one year and who are individually licensed in HI. This is a remote (home-based) position.

Utilize a virtual assistant who will field clients calls, handle bookings, billing, and claims
Utilize our electronic healthcare record software to keep all notes, documents and schedule online.
Work from home or while traveling
Set your own hours and have a flexible schedule
Become skilled in the newest form of virtual care and telehealth
Have access to team support via monthly case consult group
Via Telehealth, work with clients all over the state of HI
Your Role
Presence of Mind Provider provides mental health services for our growing number of clients.
Specifics of the job include:
Providing therapy in person (your own home office) or virtually by providing services in the area of your experience and training
Providing availability on your calendar (at least 2-3 hrs/week) for patients seeking care to schedule an appointment with you
What skills and experience do you bring?
Able to provide your own Telehealth compliant work space. Telehealth experience a plus
LMHC, LCSW, LPC or equivalent, LMFT, or licensed PhD/PsyD
Able to practice independently without supervision
Minimum one (1) year post-licensure experience
Carry malpractice insurance
Comply with HIPAA and state licensing regulations
Complete, timely and accurate records with respect to the services and treatment rendered in compliance with HIPAA and state licensing regulations
Able to provide high-quality care, using verbal, written, and analytical skills; with a high level of empathy
Experience working in Hawaii and within a multicultural population is preferred
Agree to a background check
