Junior Designer

In retail location, greet clients and service clients throughout their shopping experience, upsell cabinetry and design services, open packages, restock our online system and manage inventory, purchase more inventory depending on stock levels and sales
Learn more about our aesthetic and design process to begin creating inspiration boards, color stories, and remote designs
Build and manage comprehensive project plans, including timeline, resources, budget, and risks
Develop and maintain construction-related documentation, including RFIs, bids, floor plans, elevations, finish schedules, and installation schedules
Collaborate with designers to select specifications and finishes for flooring, lighting, and plumbing that align with project concept
Oversee installation of equipment, construction finishes, electrical, paint, and plumbing
Coordinate work from architects, contractors, structural engineers, subcontractors, designers, vendors, and any other project consultants

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in interior design, interior architecture, or a related field
Proven verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients
Familiarity with building equipment, materials, and finishes preferred
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator required
