We are looking for staff who pride themselves in their customer service and also candidates who could great at objection handling, eloquent in speech along with telephone etiquette. Those who will join us will be working in specialized conditions, all from the comfort of your own home.
The positions that we have are in itself is unique - any chosen candidates will be guided through our thorough training material and constant guidance from our management.
We strongly favor critical thinkers, courteous mannerisms and goal-orientated candidates.

Your Responsibilities Include:
� Handling inbound and outbound telephones calls to our USA-wide clientele
� To inform and maintain a knowledge base of our clients� products and our services
� Troubleshoot and guide customers through a technical services & various products
� Keep up to date with appointments and customer post-care and feedback
� Ability to handle complaints & administering our service in the most courteous manner
� To work remotely from home and to choose your own hours

What we Look For:
� Creative & critical thinkers, that can aid & contribute
� Excellent use of verbal and communication
� Native Fluency in English but fluent speakers in other international languages, such as Arabic, is a plus
� Goal-oriented and focused
� Someone who can provide great chemistry to the team
� Organized and detailed in approach
� Technically apt or a quick learner
� Varied knowledge in computer data processing applications and communication platforms
