We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team! A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Customer service representatives can put themselves in the customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigating if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints
2. Provide information about the products and services
3. Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
4. Document and update customer records based on interactions
5. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
6. Manage large amounts of incoming calls
7. Generate sales leads
8. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
9. Take the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
2. Ability to build rapport with clients
3. Ability to work at least 15 hours minimum per week
4. Ability to prioritize and multitask
5. Positive and professional demeanor
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay Rate: $13.00-$13.20/hr
