Role Summary:

Responsible for driving the retail sales channel for Client products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by handling customer requests, inquiries and complaints regarding orders, billing and service in a professional manner.
Develops and implements retail sales strategies for Client and serves as a strategic partner in the overall operation of the organization.
Exceeds growth and profit objectives by maximizing the retail sales of individual and bundled Client wireless, video, voice and data services.
Guides customers through the purchase decision and activation process of Client product offerings (cable, data, voice, and wireless).
Responsible for meeting established sales objectives by matching customer needs with the right products and services.
Ensures individual sales targets are met
Executes promotions and campaigns designed to increase brand equity and achieve sales objectives
Builds and maintains relationships with potential and existing customers
Aids customers in completing purchases and resolving issues
Offers product suggestions to customers to help satisfy their needs/wants
Strives to exhibit best-in-class customer service skills
Contributes to sales floor up-keep and cleanliness
Assists with sales floor inventory counts and stock replenishment
Ensures sales floor remains visually appealing
Clearly explains and illustrates product and service capabilities

Continuously expands knowledge of trends in wireless and current Client services and products
Maximizes sales and profitability by focusing on key business initiatives, store merchandising, marketing execution, inventory management, and loss prevention.
Operational duties may include paperwork and completion of sales reports as they relate to store opening and closing.
At the Senior Level, plays a key role in handling customer escalations. Additional operational duties may include acting as "manager on duty" and "key holder" when necessary and completion of paperwork and sales reports as they relate to store opening and closing activities.
Educator (includes accountabilities below): Serves as the store expert on the latest product features, services, and accessories.
Responsible to sell accessories and add-on features while supplementing new customer solutions or satisfying existing customer requests.
Provides in-house technical support to customers within a Client Solution Store, related to cable, data, voice and wireless product offerings.
Works with customers to solve technical problems with various Client products and conduct light triage work on wireless phones.
Provides prompt and friendly troubleshooting, diagnostic, and upgrade services as appropriate.
Additional responsibilities include maintenance of customer request files, preparation of reports for analysis of trends and services as required, and warranty processes for Client products.
Concierge: responsible for ensuring customers have a positive experience in stores by directing customers to the appropriate service area to meet their needs.
Typical Training / Experience
HS diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
Specialized skill training/certification may be required
2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility required
