Cleaning Technician

SVS Cleaning Services is looking for reliable cleaning technicians.
Qualifications:
Ability to preform heavy cleaning tasks such as scrubbing, polishing, wiping, scraping, dusting, sanitizing, disinfecting, etc.
Ability to use cleaning equipment such as sprayers, scrapers, squeegees, vacuums, buffers, power tools, pressure washers, carpet cleaners, etc.
Ability to clean to a standard associated with a rating system.
Ability to walk, stand, kneel, bend, lift, turn, etc.
Maintain or provide reliable transportation and/or own a personal vehicle.
Possess a valid state issued driver’s license or identification card.
Ability to pass a state or federal background check.
Ability to pass a drug screening or drug test.
Looking for a candidate for Residential and Commercial Cleaning. Candidate would be responsible for entering homes and commercial offices for the purpose of providing cleaning services. No experience required. We will provide training. Must have a basic knowledge of cleaning. Uniforms will be provided. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is also provided as required.
