Manager
LocoPops in Durham, NC is looking for one Catering and Wholesale Manager to join our companyon a 1 year contract with the potential for continuation. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working. This is an opportunity for a motivated candidate to effectively build and manage a book of business.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling events and bulk orders, creating estimates, communicating with clients
- Working all scheduled events, including driving and operating food truck or cart
- Loading/unloading all necessar items for events
- Monitoring inventory and ordering product from production
- Delivering bulk orders
- Managing wholesale orders, including taking weekly orders, communication to production and delivering to customers
- Ensuring a great customer experience
Qualifications
- Clean driving record with ability to drive food truck safely
- Good time management
- Open availability
- Familiar with food service operation
- Comfortable using Google Mail and Sheets
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs without issue

Availability: We sell ice cream so in-season work occurs March-September. Shifts may occur anytime between 8AM and 10PM, 7 days/wk. In the off-season (Oct-Feb) we focus on in-store work and take a 6 week vacation (mid-Dec thru January).
Compensation: up to $45K/yr commensurate with experience
