BUYER’S AGENT- JOB SUMMARY
We’re hiring a motivated Buyer’s Agent to support and join our growing West and East Valley Arizona team! We are looking for passionate, outgoing, goal-oriented, organized, customer-focused problem-solvers who have great communication skills and a desire to earn more in a highly competitive, fast-paced sales environment. Location:
East and West Valley, Arizona
Responsibilities:
Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process
Manage and utilize the CRM to accurately document interactions and next steps for all prospects
Lead Generation/Follow-up
From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience
Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, texts and mailers to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
Work with other real estate agents and team members
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have a valid AZ Real Estate License
Previous experience in the real estate industry is beneficial
Excellent communication skills (articulate/well spoken)
Strong phone skills with ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Ability to use or quickly learn CRM & marketing/lead technology tools
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong numeracy and organizational skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Compensation:
Potential Earning up to $65,000 - $100,000
