Behavioral Health Tech – Lead
Compensation: $14 - $20/ hour with experience
Potential wage increases every 6 months!
Duties:
Provide direct care to behavioral health patients. Includes administering medication.
Monitor patient's mood or behavior changes and assess whether it is positive, negative or potentially dangerous, then take steps to modify the patient's actions or alert the appropriate medical professionals
Transports patients to and from appointments.
Prepare meals for patients per menu.
Supervise staff training for policies and procedures.
Ensure day-to-day operations are running smoothly.
Audit and review charts/logs according to facility policy and procedure.
Skills Needed:

Detail-oriented
Ability to work in a team
Ability to emotionally support patients, remain calm and professional, and use good interpersonal skills to defuse volatile situations
Must be able to display proficient oral and written communication skills.
Microsoft Office
At least 1 year experience working in Behavioral Health
All applicants MUST have or be willing to obtain the following credentials:
• Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• CPR and First Aid Card
• TB Test (done in the last 3 months)
• Updated Resume
• Driver’s License
Schedule (flexible):
• 6 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
