A Behavior Support Plan is a plan of action that addresses the challenging behavioral support needs of an individual. Behavior Consultants will complete assessments, gather challenging-behavior data, and develop a plan to implement positive alternative skills for the challenging behaviors. Behavior Consultants adhere to the State of Indiana’s 460 Administrative Code guidelines. All behavior plans are reviewed by both a doctorate-level Behavior Consultant who has been state-designated as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP), and our Human Rights Committee. These reviews ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals we serve.
