Warehouse Worker
Grady's Cold Brew is seeking a warehouse production assistant to join their production team. This is not a barista position in a coffee shop, but an entry-level food manufacturing position in a craft-coffee brewery — a great opportunity for anyone looking to get their foot in the door in food manufacturing. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in the full-lifecycle of product manufacturing. Duties will include but are not limited to mixing, brewing, filtering, and bottling cold-brewed coffee on a large scale (think thousands of gallons per week), building orders, and the sanitization of all tanks and equipment. Physical requirements include lifting, twisting, pulling/pushing heavy pallets, and standing. It can also get a little messy at times. We produce a handcrafted product and require serious attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be punctual! (If you are late or absent often, this job is not for you)
Must be willing to be part of a team
Must have excellent communication skills
Kitchen experience a plus, Food Protection Certification preferred
Able to thrive in a quick-paced environment
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to lift 75 lbs.
Forklift certification a plus, but not necessary
Details:
Pay: $16/hour
Pay cycle: Weekly (paid each Friday)
Health Stipend $$ (after 90 days)
401k (non matching)
