Job Overview:
KBR Commercial Building Services, LLC is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated people to join our team. We are looking for someone who has the availability to work the entire pool season, from early May through late September at The Parks of Deer Creek Homeowners Association, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX 76140 and Basswood Crossing Homeowners Association, in Fort Worth, Texas 76179. This is not a lifeguard position, although lifeguards are welcome to apply.
Your Responsibilities:
• Always display professionalism.
• Assists residents and their guest with entrance into the facility, check pool cards/ passes.
• Keeping head count and notifying KBR Commercial Building Services, LLC if we are approaching max pool capacity.
•Maintains working relationship with KBR Commercial Building Services, LLC, Management, and other staff.
• Performs all other duties as duly assigned by KBR Commercial Building Services, LLC.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
Must have reliable transportation.
No experience required.
Both Full-time and Part-time positions are available.
Work hours include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for program operation.
Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements include working outdoors in heat, humidity and wind. Exposed to chlorine, muriatic acid and other pool chemicals. Navigates slippery surfaces; exposed to noise from crowds, whistles and pump room. Subject to standing, sitting, vision, hearing, talking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, handling, kneeling, crouching, bending, twisting, climbing, balancing, handling, foot controls, fine dexterity.
