FILE CLERK - PT (Temporary) 10am-2pm M-T-W-F
Job Summary
- Scan, create and upload paper and digital files and data, ensuring that they are clear, legible, and appropriately named.
- Organize and archive records and documents
- Use alphabetical and numerical systems to organize paper and electronic documents.
- Check paperwork, digital form and files, updating or correcting labeling on documentation as needed.
- Secure and protect the privacy of all documents.
- Discards documents when required in accordance with official document retention and destruction policy and procedures.
- Operate office equipment

Education and Experience
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic office and administrative software such as MS Office helpful
- Experience working in an office setting desired
- Previous clerical experience desired
- Experience working with file-keeping software of cloud storage a plus
