Job Summary

  • Scan, create and upload paper and digital files and data, ensuring that they are clear, legible, and appropriately named.
  • Organize and archive records and documents
  • Use alphabetical and numerical systems to organize paper and electronic documents.
  • Check paperwork, digital form and files, updating or correcting labeling on documentation as needed.
  • Secure and protect the privacy of all documents.
  • Discards documents when required in accordance with official document retention and destruction policy and procedures.
  • Operate office equipment

Education and Experience

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Knowledge of basic office and administrative software such as MS Office helpful
  • Experience working in an office setting desired
  • Previous clerical experience desired
  • Experience working with file-keeping software of cloud storage a plus
