Job Description:

Are you a hardworking and reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy working outdoors and want to earn extra income during the winter season? If so, we want you to join our snow removal crew!

Responsibilities:

• Operate snow plows, snow blowers, and shovels to clear snow and ice from driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, and commercial properties.
• Apply ice melt and salt to prevent hazardous conditions.
• Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snowfall.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete snow removal tasks efficiently.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude while working in challenging weather conditions.

Position:

• Seasonal On-Call Position from November 1st - March 31st
• Opportunity for part-time or full-time work starting April 1st.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in snow removal or related field is a plus but not required.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in cold conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must pass a background check.

Education:

 

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

 

Experience:

 

• Landscaping: 1 year (Preferred)

 

License/Certification:

 

• Driver's License (Required)
