Team Member
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our mobile detailing team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the jobs, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving customers to join our recurring service option. This is a leadership role that requires strong organization management skills and the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Responsibilities:
- ❗Complete 2-4 weeks of hands on training with Owner/Manager❗
- Drive from job to job (We are MOBILE).
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee the team, keep things moving efficiently, keep team organized
- Restock inventory of products and equipment if needed
- Create and implement strategies to increase diligence and meet Prima Detailing's Standards. (Get things done quickly and pay attention to detail).
- Ensure high-quality service delivery, running scheduled jobs, and provide proper guidance to the team when doing so.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Collaborate with Assistant Manager/Owner to develop and implement operational procedures
- Utilize Jobbers system for transactions and reporting customer details
Experience:
- Proven ability to upcharge a customer with our add-ons (If need be). Add-ons being things like steam cleaning, stain removal, dog hair removal, etc. (This will be talked over during training.)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Proficient in using Jobbers systems for transactions and reporting customer details
- Proven ability to adapt to new situations, and must be extremely willing to take criticism and feedback from Owner/Manager.
