Tasting Room Associate

Job description
Greets all visitors to the Tasting Room, pours wines for tasting, and responds to customers questions as appropriate.
Knowledgeable about wines , accurately describes wines, winery history, and unique aspects of wines.
Promotes and sells wine and increases Wine Club memberships.
Routine purchasing transactions, including operating the cash register, accounting of daily sales, and processing returns and applying discounts.
The initiative for self-development in the areas of our wines, general hospitality, and for acquiring effective sales techniques.
Washes and polishes glassware and makes sure Tasting Room is tidy and presentable for guests.
Duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
