 Part-Time Instructors.  We will provide paid training to you on our curriculum. 

Do you have a love for STEM? Do you enjoy spending time with kids? Want to do cool experiments that teach kida about basics of Engineering? then this is the right opportunity for you! No prior STEM experience required.

 

Engineering for Kids is an exciting program designed in building the next generation of Engineers!  We are looking for new enthusiastic teachers to teach our Summer Camps in City of Dallas, Wylie Recreation Center, Prosper Parks and Recreation and with City of Allen.  This is a part time position with the opportunity to work during the semester to teach our after school programs in various ISDs.

 

Compensation starts at $15 per hour. Paid training and compensation for reasonable travel time.

Requirements:  

· Responsible and dependable individual with great energy and child-friendly personality.

· Confident and able to work in a classroom setting managing a group of children

· Reliable transport with willingness to drive to the locations of summer camps

· Ability to work during summer, and opportunity to continue during school year with a minimum of two afternoons per week (2:30-5.00 p.m.). 

 

Our instructors do not need teaching credentials and will be trained by our staff. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and should ideally have some college level science experience.
