Student Assistant

Job Title: Early Learner Assistant

Location: Kumon of Nolensville

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Flexible up to 20 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one assistance to early learners (preschool and kindergarten) in their Kumon math and reading studies
• Help students understand the Kumon Method and how to use the materials
• Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to the instructor
• Grade student work

Qualifications:

• Must have a strong interest in working with children
• Must be patient, kind, and enthusiastic
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
• Must be able to work flexible hours
