Spanish Instructor
Hola Amigos, LLC is looking to inspire and develop talented Spanish instructors for preschool-aged children. Our ideal candidates are native Spanish speakers who have plenty of preschool classroom experience and have the vision to grow within our organization. In addition, candidates must possess the ability to engage children and a love for sharing the Spanish language with young children. LOCATION
The successful candidate will teach weekly 30 minute Spanish lessons at preschools throughout the San Francisco. This position will require travel to various partner sites within the areas we serve. Mileage and parking fees are reimbursed for travel in between sites.
SCHEDULE
Currently seeking consistent weekly availability for classes between 9 am to 12 pm and/or 2pm to 5pm one to two days per week. Seeking commitment for the 2023-2024 school year, training starting in July with classes to begin in August.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsible Professional | communicate professionally, timeliness, clean appearance, self-assured, dependable
Experienced Enthusiastic | proven experience engaging and leading young children
Fun Creative | comfortable in engaging young children through creativity
Patient Empathic | must be a patient person, willing to work through behavior and learning challenges
Transportation Cell Phone | must have reliable transportation (driving to different locations) and mobile phone with data
Clear Background | must pass a Live Scan (with clear record) and health screening
Education | 12+ accredited ECE units in Early Childhood Development are preferred, but not necessary.
DETAILS
Competitive compensation. Pay is per session. Sessions are 30 minutes long. $25-30 per 30 minute session. Local candidates only please (no work status or visa sponsorship available) Candidate MUST be authorized to work in the United States.

Our developmentally age-appropriate curriculum is taught by native Spanish speakers from various countries around the globe. Designed to engage children through fun activities, children will be learning and speaking Spanish without even knowing it!
Hola Amigos instructors are routinely evaluated and undergo ongoing training.
Our instructor selection process evaluates not only the ability to teach a second language, but also the ability to engage and inspire children.
