The Shape Of You is an organic-based health and wellness spa in Summit NJ, providing a variety of services ranging from non-invasive body contour and weight loss treatments to detoxifying therapies. Our purpose is to bring the best natural wellness techniques from around the world to promote a healthier and more balanced life for our clients.
The role of Spa Attendant is key in providing the best overall experience to our clients, ensuring they are taken care of before and after their treatments.
Responsibilities Include:
Check-in and out clients, from greeting to payment
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins
Schedule appointments in our POS system
Follow-up with social media communications when appropriate
Help prep and clean space to maintain a luxurious spa setting, including setting up treatment rooms, lighting candles, wiping down floors, folding and putting away laundry, etc.
Ensure client confidentiality at all times, including medical details and any information provided in confidence by the client
Ideal Candidate:
Must have a positive attitude, energetic personality, and a strong desire to provide an engaging and upscale experience to our clients
Excellent listening and communication skills
Team player with the ability to take initiative
Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Basic computer skills and the technical ability to operate a point of sale system
Strong work ethic and ambition to grow your career
Polished personal appearance to match our luxurious spa
Previous employer referral preferred
Compensation And Benefits:
$17 per hour plus Tips shared from therapists
Annual bonus
