Sound and Light Operator - Wonders Theatre, Broadway at the Beach

 

Job description

Now hiring part-time / on-call sound and light operator for our live shows at Wonders Theatre at Broadway at the Beach for our 2024 season running March through December.

You will be part of entertaining tens of thousands of guests throughout the season with our world-class magic, hypnosis, comedy, variety, and musical productions.

Candidates must have experience with running cues, knowledge of lighting, audio, video and a passion for live entertainment. Lifting and moving props will also be required. Candidates should have experience with troubleshooting technical issues, problem-solving, and ability to remain focused during show situations. A great sense of humor is always welcome. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE WITH RUNNING SHOWS...we will not respond.

Shows run daily in the afternoon or evening.

Employment Length:

• Season runs through end of 2024

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour depending on experience

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
