We are currently seeking licensed and experienced professionals to join our remote team as
Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW). If you are passionate about making a positive impact

Responsibilities:
Conduct remote tele-health sessions to provide mental health counseling and therapeutic services
to assigned clients, adhering to state regulations and ethical guidelines.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), your role is critical in handling patient
emergency crises and conducting risk assessments. You will be responsible for implementing
protocols to effectively address urgent situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of the
individuals in your care.
Additionally, as an LCSW, you will deal with complex patients who may present with various
mental health challenges and emotional issues. Your expertise in diagnosing and understanding
their unique circumstances will be vital in formulating appropriate treatment plans and
interventions.

Furthermore, your skills in case management will play a crucial role in coordinating and
organizing the treatment services for your clients. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams, medical professionals, and community resources to provide comprehensive and holistic
care, ensuring that your patients receive the support they need throughout their therapeutic
journey.
Requirements:
Valid State Licensure: All candidates must possess a current and valid license issued by the
California Board of Behavioral Sciences for their respective role, Licensed Clinical Social
Worker (LCSW). Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all state-specific
regulations and licensing requirements.
Education and Training: Applicants should have completed a graduate degree program in social
work from an accredited institution. The degree should meet the educational requirements set
forth by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
Clinical Experience: A minimum number of supervised clinical hours and experience is
mandatory as per the California state licensing regulations. Candidates must demonstrate
competence and expertise in providing counseling and therapeutic services to individuals,
couples, and/or families.Proven experience in providing counseling and therapeutic services in a
mental health setting, with a strong background in individual, couples, and family therapy.
Familiarity with the latest therapeutic techniques, modalities, and best practices in the field of
mental health.
Visits will be conducted via tele-health sessions using secure video conferencing platforms, will
train and familiarize with video platforms.
