Job Description:

Food And Beverage: Responsible for delivering exceptional dining and drinking experiences in the restaurant, bar and golf course. Responds to all guests with a cheerful and helpful attitude with the goal of maximizing and enriching the customer experience. Collaborates with other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service. Responsible for selling food and beverage items to members and guests.

Bartender and server
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or disturbances
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Experience
- Previous experience as a bartender or server
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
-Alcohol and food safety awareness certificate.
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with EZ Suites system is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and inventory

Beverage Cart:
- Provide timely coverage of assigned golf course(s), anticipate visits to each group every 4-5 holes and maintain
communication with other attendants and management.
- Collect payments (i.e., cash, Member charge, etc.) and accurately reconcile daily bank at the conclusion of each shift. - -
- Process all business for the day and deposit in designated area.
- Safely secure all products on the beverage cart including cash bank, keys, etc. and other company property as assigned.
- Clean and sanitize the beverage cart of all food, ice, and trash at the end of each shift. Ensure health code standards are
always met.

Experience
Previous Food and Beverage/Bartending experience
Alcohol and food safety awareness certificate.
Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart.
Excellent communication skills and articulate speech. The ability to follow instructions well.
You are comfortable working mostly outdoors
