**Job Summary:**

The Metropolitan Club which is located in Alpharetta,GA,30005  is seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Banquet Captain and Food Prep/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee banquet events, ensuring excellent service and coordination, while also assisting with food preparation and Server duties. 

Key Responsibilities:** 
*Banquet Captain:* - Lead and manage banquet staff during events. - Coordinate with event planners to ensure all requirements are met. - Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet rooms. - Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction. - Address and resolve any issues or concerns during events. - Train and mentor new banquet staff members. 
*Food Prep:* - Assist in preparing food items according to recipes and quality standards. - Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and sanitary. - Assist with inventory and stock management. - Follow all health and safety guidelines in food preparation and handling. 

**Qualifications:** - Previous experience as a banquet captain or in a similar supervisory role. - Experience in food preparation or a related culinary field plus serving experience a must!

- Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
