Concessions Manager

The Kenosha County Fair Association is looking for a Concession Manager. The position is part time (approximately 30-35 hours per week) from mid-April through mid-October. This position will manage the Concession stands at both the Wilmot Raceway and the Wilmot
Flea Market (Saturday and Sunday with occasional week day races) as well as any special events scheduled. This person must be available the full week of the Kenosha County Fair in August. Responsibilities of this position include:

• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Ensuring compliance with safety and food quality standards
• Organizing schedules
• Overseeing stock levels and ordering inventory
• Recording payroll data
• Assessing and improving profitability

The candidate must have experience in a restaurant/concession setting. A food safety course certificate is required as well as the ability to obtain a bartender’s license. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, as well as communication and organizational skills.

This position will report to the Fair Manager. Compensation will be based on experience level.

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
