Sales Associate

We are looking for an energetic, fashion-savvy part-time sales associates. Must be familiar with the caliber of brands we sell.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and styling
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition clothing racks and backroom
• Remain knowledgeable on new inventory and designers offered and discuss available options
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Cross sell products
• Handle returns of merchandise
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. social media content and email newsletters)
• Must be able to work between the hours of 11am & 6pm and Saturdays
• The part time job consists of 15-20 hours a week.
