Sales Associate/Front Desk
Job Description
The Sales Representative/Front Desk Representative is the ‘First Face’ and the primary role is to greet and serve ALL customers of LaRue’s Touch Massage and BodyWorx Supply Store;
Order check out, order fulfillment; and back end support for said businesses.
Essential Functions:
● Opening/Set up Closing Procedures (15 mins before After shift)
● Answer BodyWorx phone/Make followup calls/Initiate Customer calls for purposes of Sales and solicitation; Lead generation
● Treats all customers with respect courtesy
● Answer customer’s questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and payment terms and directional needs
● Inventory and restock of store products
● Arrange/Initiate/Direct deliveries and shipments of products and equipment
● Monitor innovations, marketing trends/conditions, products/pricing
● Suggest products to customers, based on their interests and needs
● Handles customer concerns immediately with integrity and honesty; including management on a ‘as needed’ basis.
● Cleaning tasks such as dusting, disinfecting, vacuuming and wiping down counter areas shelves, equipment and store items; Keep back end items washed and clean
● Breakdown and replenish linens and set up therapy rooms for next sessions
● As the face of the business it is required that Appearance is clean, polished and professional and follows the dress code at all times
● Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED preferred
One or more years of Spa Industry/ School experience preferred
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays and extra hrs as needed (special events)
