Wholesales's representative firm seeking Service Coordinator/administrative/sales assistant. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects and duties on a daily basis. He or she must be comfortable interacting with customers (usually via phone and email) and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Duties:

- Answering phones, scheduling service techs for jobs, data entry
- Provide administrative support to multiple salespeople
- Preparing quotations


Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Aptitude in math
• Professional, personable, friendly, organized, and able to multi-task
