Position Description: Sales Administrative Assistant (Part-time)
$25 an hour, 15-20 hours per week

Sales Administrative Assistant
Boppy is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join the sales team. This is a great opportunity to support the sales team with a diverse range of projects and provide general administrative sales support. Comfort with working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is a must. This position reports directly to the Sales Director.

Responsibilities
• Digital Item Maintenance, including completion of Item Set-up Forms for retailers. This includes, but is not limited to uploading images, videos, product titles and copy via retail portals.
• Update monthly price lists and proforma invoices for specialty and international accounts.
• Assist account managers in processing orders from retail customers.
• Monitor online retail sites for improper usage and images of Boppy products and work with account manager to have them removed.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for account meetings.
• Working within a team-based sales environment to cultivate strong collaborative relationships with team members.
• Prepare samples for accounting meetings, trade shows and sales representatives.
• Support Vice President of Sales in pursuing new business opportunities.


Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods Sales Administration, baby industry experience a plus

• Confident understanding of retail account backend/operations
• Experience with ecommerce sites
• Verifiable business acumen
• Fundamental comprehension of the value of branded products
• Minimum Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience of Excel and data manipulation
• Power BI experience a plus, but not required.

We have a hybrid office schedule of Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office and Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays work from home, so the ideal candidate will be located local to the Denver area.

This position is eligible for Paid Time Off per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act.
