Position: Retail Sales Associate
Location: Southern Maine
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Two out of three weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) days required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting patrons with product inquiries and purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Restock shelves and assist with inventory management
- Offer recommendations and knowledge about our wide selection of beer, wine, and spirits
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Wine knowledge is a huge bonus!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, especially evenings and weekends
- Knowledge and passion for beer, wine, and spirits is a plus
