Residential Cleaning

The Cleaning Authority of Richmond is searching for a professional house cleaner. Our clients need and love the service that our trained professionals provide. We will pay you well while we train and advance you quickly while you learn our cleaning methods and system.

We have been in business since 2003 and at The Cleaning Authority we offer:

* We are all about creating valuable professional employees and paying them well. Advancement. Starting pay is at least $15.00/hr to $16.00/hr depending on your proven experience with residential cleaning. After a little experience, it is easy to Advance to Team Leader earning at least at $17-$18/hour or to Trainer earning at least $18-$19/hour. Move to Inspecting full time at $20-$21/hour. Or move to an annual salary. Plus merit raises.

* How many hours do you want? We can give you 40 hours per week.

* And our cleaners make a lot of money in tips tips tips for great work!!

* Earn great money while learning and training

* We pay you to travel between homes!

* $.45/mile for using your own reliable vehicle (required).

REQUIREMENTS to work at The Cleaning Authority:

* Be mature and more reliable * Be an honest person, be able to pass a background check * Be a fun person to work with, have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work! * Be adult enough to drive and own your own car. Sometimes you will have to be able to legally drive and use your own reliable insured vehicle (we pay $.45/mile) * Be physically fit, or willing to become fit. To work this job, you will be on your feet most of the day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds)
