Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our home health team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including long-term care, wound care, and medication management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to assess and manage patient care needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, record, and communicate changes in patient's condition and respond as appropriate to the needs of the patient and family.
• Provide home health care services in accordance with the plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Assess patient's condition and provide appropriate interventions.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or physician.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Salary: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
