Qualifications:-

Do you have what it takes? Although we don’t require specific experience, we do look for certain characteristics, including:

  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of our clients.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Access to reliable transportation; willingness to travel
  • Must be organized and meet deadlines
  • Experience working within ABA field is a plus
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Should have a Valid RBT Certification

Who You Are:-

  • Energetic and wants to work with autistic kids
  • Wants to learn about the science of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • May have prior experience working with children or are looking for your first job working with them
  • Looking for a part-time position with opportunities to increase your hours over time on an evening shift.

Responsibilities:-

  • Our BTs support and implement individualized patient care plans created by an assigned Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide ABA interventions so clients can improve their communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills.
  • Record data accurately and on-time
  • Communicate with family, client, BCBA, and case manager as needed
  • Ensure client health and safety
