FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Klein is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team of professionals. Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform new patient evaluations and examinations
  • Determine necessary PT based on prescriptions, referrals, patient conditions, and records
  • Plan, prepare, and administer treatment programs based on evaluation of patient data
  • Evaluate and record the effects of treatment at various stages and adjust to achieve maximum benefit
  • Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuum of care
  • Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, and discharge summaries
  • Communicate with referring physicians

Successful Candidates Must Have:

  • Current license to practice physical therapy in Texas
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
  • Experience or interest in Pelvic Health will be highly valued
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for learning and working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patients
