Repair Technician

The Repair Technician is responsible for handling PC, Mac and iPhone repairs in a professional and timely manner. This role is primarily responsible for service requests through Fox Ridge Computers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Basic desktop, laptop and iPhone troubleshooting
  • Basic desktop, laptop and iPhone disassembly, part replacement and re-assembly
  • Customer interaction on device intake, providing estimated timelines and repair cost estimates and outgoing device interaction with customer
  • Ensure completeness of service tickets and accurate recording of troubleshooting and repair steps
  • Communication with customers as required keeping them informed of repair progress and completion

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Fast turnaround of client requests.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as they occur.
  • Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University.
