Our company is currently growing and seeking ​someone on a part time basis to join our team. You will be primarily responsible for client payroll processing, bookkeeping and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Process weekly payrolls for clients
Obtain and input financial data for accounting records
Perform various data entry and administrative duties
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Qualifications:

Previous experience in payroll and/or accounting related fields helpful
Fundamental knowledge of payroll and bookkeeping
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Administration experience: phones, filing, etc...
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Good interpersonal and communication skills for client calls and questions
