We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a part-time People Operations Coordinator. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a diverse range of tasks including but not limited to presentation and proposal creation, event planning, Human resources-related tasks, and more.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

Operations and administrative support including:

  • Create and document processes that impact multiple teams within the organization
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of proposals and slide decks for prospects
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist in bookkeeping and invoicing related tasks
  • Provide general support to leadership team
  • General office management tasks such as managing office supplies, mail, etc.

 

Human Resources Support including:

  • Play a key role in organizing company events and staff activities
  • Support the leadership team in implementing various DEI and HR initiatives
  • Assist in the recruitment and team member onboarding process, including job postings and organizing resumes, and more
  • Help maintain HR policies and documentation
  • Provide support on HR-related queries and issues

 

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in an administrative role; HR experience is beneficial but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
  • Must be able to work in-person at our office 1-2 days/week with work-from-home the rest of the time.
  • This role will be part-time and will generally be three days per week (24 hours).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
