- Support position to help in salon operations and client interactions -Responsible to management, stylists and Clientele.
- Responsibilities:
•Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
•Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing information about salon services and availability.
• Schedule appointments for clients, ensuring efficient and optimal use of salon resources
• Manage the salon's appointment book, making adjustments, cancellations and verifications.
• Coordinate with stylists, technicians, and other staff members to accommodate client needs and preferences.
• Process payments, including cash, credit card, and digital transactions, gift Cards and monitor customer loyalty programs. accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, ensuring a neat and professional appearance.
•Assist with retail sales, recommending salon products and offering product knowledge to clients. (Training Provided)
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, providing appropriate resolutions
• Follow salon policies and procedures, including maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Photo and video documentation, social media management, and in-salon merchandising. •Product sales assistance, data entry, systems and procedure maintenance.
