Our goal is to change what people think they should expect from healing. We are not your sterile, smile-less doctor’s office, or the oak paneled and green carpeted one either. At Gateway Chiropractic, we know each of our patients by name, our plants are actually real and we’re very generous with our espresso machine.

The ideal candidate for this role has great customer service skills and can engage with our patients in a meaningful and genuine way. They will be expected to manage their time effectively, complete tasks efficiently and take initiative. This means anticipating what comes next and taking action to get the job done without being asked. Major responsibilities:

Assisting the front desk with patient scheduling, filing, records and data entry
Assisting the marketing coordinator with the planning and preparation of events and projects
Enhancing the patient experience through interaction and therapy assistance
Any other tasks as delegated by management

You must be 18, have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work. Working hours typically fall within 8:30am - 6:30pm Monday through Friday, but can begin before or extend afterward for special occasions or events.

Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but an open mind and positive attitude are more important.

Job Type: Part-time

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
