Bolder Operations is a newly established Family business founded in 2021 in Republic Washington. However, we are not new to Ferry County. In 1999 we moved our electrical business, Northwest Edison, to Republic and operated here for over 22 years. Bolder Operations has a talented, motivated, and eager team that primarily conducts heavy equipment construction but we are diversified providing excavation, land development, electrical, industrial repair, wildland firefighting support, and even snow grooming. 

Bolder Operations needs a part-time office manager for their growing company located in Republic. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be detail oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful. We’d like to see the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, discretion, composure and a good sense of humor. The average work load could be between 20 to 25 hrs. per week (depending on season). As we grow this could easily turn into a full-time position. 

Key responsibilities include:  

General office duties (phone, emails, walk-in customer service etc.)  Preparing monthly financial statements  Recording transactions into QuickBooks and Excel  Handling accounts receivable and payable  Preparing payroll  Providing support for the team 

Skills Required  

Excellent people skills  Positive attitude  Strong communication and relationship skills as a team player  Commitment to continuous learning  QuickBooks, Excel, and Word knowledge  General bookkeeping and office operation experience  Payroll/tax experience a plus but not required
