Manufacturing company in Portland, OR is looking for office assistance with general office book keeping and production paperwork management. Basic computer experience is a necessity and experience with QuickBooks is beneficial. An ability to learn new programs is key and personal organizational skills are important. This person should find satisfaction in seeing details fully completed and all the numbers add up.

Our company is growing and does not currently have a benefits program. We have plans to develop health care and additional benefits in the next 6 months. Pay scale is $13 to $21 per hour, and our work hours are Monday – Thursday from 7am to 5pm. We pursue a healthy working environment with company values that reflect respect for all.
