The Stuff You’ll Do:
As Night Market Coordinator, you will be responsible for transforming three city blocks into an unforgettable shopping, entertainment, and dining venue. Working directly with vendors, partners, volunteers, and performing artists, you will create a brag-worthy experience for all attendees.
What That Looks Like:
• Assist Market attendees with navigating the event and neighborhood attractions.
• Management of equipment and supplies inventory, storage vehicle/storage unit.
• Manage the set up and dismantling of event equipment and supplies.
• Direct vendors to designated vendor slots.
• Manage cash, credit, and online banking transactions.
• Create and maintain vendor and performer schedules, ensuring all parties are aware of their designated location and time slot.
• Ensure vendors have all necessary permits and licenses required to participate.
• Manage event logistics, including equipment rentals, event layout, and waste management.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations related to the event.
