Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the position of a Neurotherapy Technician, Intern or Clinician at our mental health clinic. The ideal candidate will become (after training) responsible for assisting with neurotherapy sessions, helping with managing client billing, and handling client calls. This role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, ability to learn new computer software and technology, and a desire for helping people.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct neurotherapy sessions with clients
Record and accurately track client progress during sessions
Help with client billing and invoicing
Answer client calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Schedule client appointments and assist with client records
Work closely with the clinic’s neurotherapy team to provide client care

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, neuroscience or health-related services).
A practical ability to learn new software and technology.
Ability to work independently, as well as to work cooperatively as part of a team.
Good social skills, along with verbal and written communication abilities.
Previous experience with customer service, health-related service, or medical billing preferred.
Prior experience with biofeedback, neurofeedback or holistic healing methods preferred, but not necessary.
A license as a mental health professional is an advantage for a larger professional role.
