Mental Health THerapist

We are seeking skilled and empathetic professionals to provide exceptional support to our clients who are facing various mental health concern. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, display a strong understanding of mental health issues, and provide effective creative and innovative counseling services.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based individual, group and family therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health issues.
• Offer a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment for clients to share their concerns and emotions openly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and holistic care to share their concerns and emotions openly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (RBT’s) to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients with complex needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes following ethical and legal guidelines.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment strategies when necessary.
• Stay current with best practices, research, and developments in the field of mental health therapy.
Other:
• Providing therapy services to at-risk youth.
• Candidates will be required to provide direct care services, complete psychotherapy notes, conduct assessments, complete treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Successful candidates will have a passion for serving vulnerable individuals and families.
• Sessions conducted in community to include but not limited to client’s home, school, office, and virtual.
• Able to carry a minimum caseload of 15-25
• This is a position working in multiple locations that can be hired as a part-time or full-time.
Qualifications:
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Registered Intern or Licensed Eligible in state of Florida
• Appropriate licensure and certification as a mental health therapist (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in state where you will practice.
• Demonstrate experience providing counseling or therapy to individuals or diverse backgrounds and age groups.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a therapeutic alliance with clients effectively.
• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all clients’ interactions.
• Willingness to Travel
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 years’ experience working in a clinical setting or community mental health center.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities to serve divers populations.
• Mental Health experience : 1 year (Preferred)
• Foster Care experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Florida Clinical license (Preferred)
• Access to reliable transportation adhering to all Florida Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver’s license)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
