Are you passionate about fitness, athletics, and love making an impact? N1 Motion is looking for an energetic front desk attendant who enjoys connecting with members and guests, collaborating with team members, sales efforts, and community building.

Job Responsibilities: This position requires being a brand ambassador to promote the culture, values, and mission of N1 Motion through community. Job duties include greeting members and guests, member checking-in, facility tours, managing and assisting members with billing questions, account management, answering phones, sales, marketing, executing key projects, and maintaining the cleanliness of the club. . Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates experience working in a sales, marketing, or facility operations
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Above average desktop computer skills with experience in Pages, Numbers, Keynote or MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- High school diploma, minimum one year experience in sales, marketing, and/or facility operations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greeting and checking in members
- Assisting members with billing questions, updating info, and answering phones
- Executing key projects
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the facility
- Sales/Marketing
- Develop new business opportunities to meet KPI goals
- Help develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Meet weekly/monthly KPI Goals
- Develop market analysis to identify customer needs and promotional efforts
- Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends
- Deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate
Develop and manage client organization relationships
Assisting with social media, sales, marketing campaigns
Engage with community members and leads via email, phone, or text.
Assist with organizing and collaborating events (workouts, vendor fairs, etc.
